Orders_Payments

We currently accept orders and payments online through our website We do
not take orders or by phone or mail, but if you experience difficulties
processing an online order please call us at 205.568.9693, and we will do all
we can to assist you. If you reach our voicemail system, we may be assisting
other customers and ask that you leave a message with your name,
telephone number, and the best time to call you back. Please keep in mind
we are located in the Central Standard Time Zone of the United States.
Depending on the time of your message it may take up to 24 hours to call you
back. Customers located outside the US should contact us via email, as we
are not always able to return international calls.

Payments are also made and processed online, through Paypal. You do not
need a Paypal account of your own to use this system. Most major credit and
debit cards can be processed without one. We currently accept Visa and
Mastercard. Paypal account holders will have more optionss depending on
their individual account settings.

Please note online payments to the Creative Coat Company will show on
your statement as "Hudson Clothing and Crafts, LLC."
