Processing

Creative Coat Company receives, processes, packages, and ships paid
regular orders Monday through Friday 10 am -11 pm U.S. Eastern time.
Orders received before 11pm EST the first business day are shipped the next
business day via UPS or USPS. Orders received after 11pm EST the first business
day will be considered the next day's business and will be processed and
shipped the following business day after that.

Keep in mind orders placed Friday will be processed and shipped the next
business day which is the following Monday. Orders placed after 11 pm EST
Friday, will be considered Monday's business and will be processed and
shipped Tuesday, and so on.

If for some reason an ordered item is not available for immediate shipment,
the customer will be notified of change in availability, and given updated
shipment and delivery information.
