Online Store Policy: Returns and Refunds
Due to the exclusive nature of our products we have a 15
Day Return policy. Read more below.
While the Creative Coat Company works hard to ensure your satisfaction with
your online purchase, by supplying detailed information and pictures, we
understand if the item you get is not exactly what you were looking for. We
are happy to refund your purchase as quickly and smoothly as possible, if
you'll help us by adhering to the following guidelines.
The CCC Return Policy is as follows:
1. Sample, Clearance, and otherwise reduced items are Non-returnable.
2. CCC will grant full purchase price refunds on regular priced items that are:
-unworn and unwashed nor dry cleaned
- have no rips, stains, alterations, or allergens such as cigarette smoke and or
pet hair
- have all orignal packaging and attached hang tags intact.
-returned within 15 days of the original confirmed delivery date
3. All returns should be sent to:

4. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or legible
photocopy , with the order number, customer name, and payment method.
Returns without this information may delay processing indefinitely if CCC
can't determine to whom a refund should be granted.
5. All returns are shipped at the customer's expense. No shipping charges will
be refunded by CCC. If you do not insure your return and something
happens to the package (i.e. there is damage to the item or the item does
not arrive) CCC will not be held responsible.
6. If a returned item does not meet the required standards (i.e. has stains,
detached tags, returned after 15 days, etc) the Company may accept the
return but will impose a 15% restocking fee.
7. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original
shipment date.
8. Once your item is received in the appropriate condition, refund will be
processed as follows:
If you purchased the item via credit card, your refund will be applied to that
same credit card. If you purchased the item via a Paypal account, the
refund will be applied to that PayPal account. Most refunds (minus any
applicable fees) will show up in the respective account within 15 business
days after the return is recieved.
9. We reserve the right to refuse return on damaged, stained, and negatively
scented (cigarette smoke, etc) items. If we contact you regarding a denied
return you will have to pay to have the item resent to you. You'll have 30
days , from that contact to reclaim your unrefunded item(s). After 30 days
the unrefunded item becomes property of the Company for its purposes as it
sees fit and no refund, credit, exchange, or alternate action will be owed to
you.
