Online Store Policy: Terms of Use
Creative Coat Company is a Hudson Clothing and Crafts, LLC design business.
By Purchasing from Creative Coat Company you acknowledge that you are
aware of the following:
-Purchases made online will be processed by the Hudson Clothing and Crafts,
LLC PayPal account. When you see charges made with the Creative Coat
Company, they will show up under this Parent name.
-Hudson Clothing and Crafts, LLC dba "Creative Coat Company" will only
accept online payments using Paypal. We will never accept overpayment, or
any amount of remittance beyond that which is due. Requests to to do so will
be reported to the governing authorities.
-We reserve the right to limit quantities and/ or refuse service to anyone
-Though we strive to provide the most creative and original designs and
fabrication we can, we make no guarantee that items described as "One of a
Kind" or "Limited Edition" won't be similar in color or fabrication to other items we
have produced or will produce in the past or future. We also have no control
over other retailers who have merchandise that appears similar to our own.
We merely assert that our product is made by us, for our customers and each
item is individually cut and constructed by our skilled artisans and designers.
Also our products, unless otherwise noted, are made in the USA.
-No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefullness or durability of
any item.
-Any items sold as Samples, Clearance, or Customized pieces (Custom sized
and/ or Custom Designed), are non returnable.
-Any garments sold as Samples and Clearance items may have been
previously worn (for shows and photos) and are sold as is. They may have
slight defects or irregularities which is why they were discounted in the first
place. We try to highlight any defects we see in the product description page,
however any undisclosed damage or construction mistakes does not imply a
refund or return should or will be granted. Again these items are sold "As is" and
are non returnable.
-Shipping charges are not refundable
-Buyer notes that colors may vary from one computer screen to another.
Contact us before purchasing if you are not sure of a garment's exact hue.
In some cases swatches may be available, but that is not guaranteed.
-If a returned item does not meet the required standards (ie free from stains,
alterations, etc) the Company has the right to refuse the return and no refund
will be granted. It is then up to the customer to cover additonal shipping
charges to reship the item to them. Read the entire Return Policy here.
-Terms and policy are subject to change as needed. The terms that are in
place at the time of purchase are the ones we will adhere to for any given
order.
