Yes, but on a case by case basis.
Sometimes if you have received one of our designs as a gift and
need to exchange it for something else, a return or refund may
not be possible because you are not the original purchaser.
Right now we consider this a special situation and ask that you
call us directly to set up an exchange. You will be responsible
for shipping the orignal item back to us and have to pay any
new shipping charges for sending the new item, but we will try
to keep your expenses to a minimum depending on where you
are located.
